Frequently Asked Questions

 While I enjoy seeing in person clients I am currently only accepting telehealth clients. This enables me to work with clients throughout the state of Washington and provide services to as many individuals and couples as possible. 

 I am licensed to see clients throughout the state of Washington online. I use a program called Simple Practice. You will receive a link in your email before our session, which will take you right into our therapy “room.” You can access Simple Practice from any computer, tablet, or phone.  

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee.

50-minute online Individual session: $150

50-minute Couple & Family Sessions: $180

*If you have more than 4 people in your family attending family sessions, I charge $20 per extra person*

I take all major credit cards and health savings cards.

I am not currently taking insurance, but I can provide superbills for some insurance reimbursement

In our first session we will talk about what your presenting challenge is and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. We then will work through a list of questions that I will typically ask to get a sense of who you are as a person. 

I have a questionnaire that I like to have clients fill out prior to our first session so that we can get the most out of our “getting to know you” phase of our time together. 

My goal is always to work myself out of a job. The therapeutic process is unique to you. The timing of this process looks different for everyone - and that's okay. Once we begin sessions I can give you a rough estimate of how long our time together might be.
