My Approach
I work with diverse range of children and adults dealing with trauma, complex PTSD, cultural identity, relationship issues, and the weight that comes with immigrant family life. Therapy with me isn't about being fixed. You're not broken. It's about finding your footing again.
I offer bilingual sessions in English and Fanti/Twi. Your culture and your story are part of who you are, and they belong in the room with us.
